Survey of Humbug and Gibraltar Bay Units for the Rockwood Christmas Bird Count, 26 Dec 2010
9:00 AM to 3:30 PM; 5.5 hours and 5.2 miles on foot. Surveyed by Julie Craves & Darrin O’Brien. Temp: 27 to 28 F; wind N to NE 6 to 20 MPH; cloudy. Still water frozen; Detroit River mostly frozen or moving slush ice except in spots, open near Humbug, frozen at Gibraltar Bay.
